Andrea Navedo
Andrea Navedo has been published as an author and is also an actor. She began by appearing in morning soaps like One Life to Live or Guiding Light, and later was a supporting actress on television's primetime. Andrea Navedo (born 10 October 1978 in The Bronx, New York) is an American actress and singer. Navedo was the first professional actress to appear in dramas for daytime. She played Linda Soto, the ABC soap One Life to Live from 1995 through 1998. She was cast in Guiding Light, a CBS soap opera on CBS between 1999 and 2000. She played Theresa Sandoval. In 1996 she made her debut on film, playing a small part as a minor character in Girl 6. She then appeared in New York Undercover episodes and The District. Navedo was a part of Double Take in 2001 and Washington Heights the next year. Navedo played a role in the NBC crime-drama Law & Order for a regular role as the Detective Ana Cordova between 2001 and 2004. In the following season, he played Detective Ana Cordova on Law & Order: Criminal Intent Damages. Navedo was in a variety of movies including El Cantante (The Cantante) as well as Remember Me. Navedo was also a regular characters in Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (2011-2013) and How to Make It in America Golden Boy. Superfast! is a film in which Navedo starred. The parody of The Fast and the Furious film series, which was released in 2015. Navedo started her acting career in the world of daytime soap operas. Between 1995 and 1997 Navedo played Linda Soto in ABC's One Life to Live. In 1999 she joined the crew of the CBS soap show Guiding Light as Theresa Sandoval. Her debut on the scene of film production through a role of Girl 6 (1996), later on she was invited to star in New York Undercover and The District. Navedo played the role of Double Take, an action-comedy film in 2001.
